Feed Our Children NOW! exists because the need to feed children in the US is a real problem and continues to grow. Thanks to Vans Warped Tour presented by Journeys, we’ll be there to feed the children as long as the problem persists.
Feed Our Children NOW! launched in 2007 when our founder moved to Camden New Jersey and learned the children there were hungry. We partnered with Vans Warped Tour presented by Journeys for the past 10 years to help alleviate hunger during the summer months when children do not have access to lunch.
In 10 years, we’ve collected and distributed 1,869,000 pounds of food that provided approximately 1,812,000 meals ,through 43 plus charities across the nation.
We have also had numerous food drives with artists and concerts including Breathe Carolina, Sleeping with Sirens, Pierce the Veil, Chainfest, So What, Playlist Live, etc.
Our young volunteers have been mentored and now organize and operate the program—We are Youth Empowering Youth.
